System Administration
Manage user provisioning, roles, and permissions
Maintain system configurations and documentation
Troubleshoot system issues and integration failures
Vendor & Platform Management
Evaluate and select software vendors
Manage vendor relationships and support
Ensure systems meet compliance and operational needs
Required Skills
API integrations (REST, SOAP)
Middleware tools (MuleSoft, Zapier, etc.)
SaaS platforms (EHR, CRM, billing)
Data mapping and transformation
Workflow automation tools
Understanding of healthcare data flows
HIPAA and data privacy awareness
