Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Salesperson to join our team at Facchianos. We are ONLY looking for someone with strong sales experience. Pay is based on experience, you can make as much as you want, based on your skills!
Responsibilities Requirements
- Greet customers and help them find bridal gowns, accessories, and formalwear that fit their style and needs.
- Provide expert guidance on fit, features, and styling options.
- Maintain an attractive, organized, and welcoming store environment.
- Process sales, payments, and orders accurately using POS systems.
- Communicate professionally with clients in person and over the phone.
- Promote store events and special offers through personal social media channels.
- Work with team members to meet sales goals and support daily operations.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and appointments.
Requirements
- Retail sales, dealership, or customer-facing experience preferred (fashion/bridal a plus).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities a plus.
- Proficient in retail math and cash handling.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Skilled at building lasting customer relationships.
- Knowledge of retail marketing strategies is a plus.
