Job Description Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Entry-Level Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our clinical team at a training-focused site dedicated to developing future professionals in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). The McNeese Autism Program (MAP) is the site placement for practicum and internship students attached to our on-campus Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis program at McNeese State University.
This position is ideal for a newly certified BCBA who is interested in providing high-quality clinical services while gaining experience supervising and mentoring graduate-level interns pursuing degrees in ABA. The clinical behavior analyst will provide weekly supervision to practicum and internship students assigned to MAP consistent with the profession of psychology and BACB Guidelines. Supervision should support development in psychology as a professional analyst.
The Entry-Level BCBA will provide effective direct ABA-based clinical services to clients and provide ongoing supervision to practicum and internship students assigned on-site. The entry-level BCBA will also support individualized treatment planning and will contribute to a collaborative learning environment that emphasizes ethical practice, evidence-based intervention, and professional growth. Collaboration with the Clinical Director and Executive Director of the McNeese Autism Program (MAP) to enhance the operation of the clinic is also required.
