Prime Climate LLC is seeking a motivated and experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team serving Myrtle Beach and the surrounding areas. If you take pride in diagnosing problems correctly, performing quality repairs, and providing outstanding customer service, we’d love to hear from you.
This position involves servicing residential and light commercial heating and air conditioning systems. You’ll diagnose equipment, perform repairs, complete preventative maintenance, and recommend solutions that keep our customers comfortable year-round.

Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems
- Perform preventative maintenance inspections
- Troubleshoot electrical, refrigeration, airflow, and mechanical issues
- Clearly explain repair options and recommendations to customers
- Complete digital invoices and service reports
- Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle
- Follow all safety procedures and EPA guidelines
- Participate in rotating on-call emergency service when scheduled
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of HVAC service experience preferred
- EPA Universal Certification required
- NATE Certification is a plus
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work in attics and crawlspaces
