Aesthetician / Wellness Spa Specialist (High-End Spa – Naples)
We are a luxury, results-driven medical spa seeking a top-tier aesthetician with strong sales skills and exceptional hands-on abilities.
This is not a basic spa position — we are looking for someone who is confident, polished, and knows how to deliver results AND close treatments.
What we’re looking for:
- Licensed aesthetician (Florida)
- Proven experience in a med spa environment
- Strong consultation & sales skills (this is a MUST)
- Passion for skincare, anti-aging, and client results
- Professional appearance and high-end client approach
- Ability to build trust and convert clients into long-term packages
- Team player with a positive, driven attitude
Responsibilities:
- Perform advanced aesthetic treatments (facials, skin treatments, body treatments, etc.)
- Conduct consultations and recommend treatment plans
- Educate clients and confidently sell packages & products
- Maintain detailed client notes and before/after documentation
- Deliver an exceptional, luxury-level client experience
