Customer Service Associate – Car Wash

Compensation: $13 - $15 per hour + commission (OTE $18+ per hour)

About the Role:
At Wash Associates, a Customer Service Associate (CSA1) is focused on delivering exceptional customer service while driving membership sales. This role is the front line of the customer experience and plays a key part in maintaining a clean, efficient, and welcoming site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent customer service by greeting customers and answering questions

Promote and sell monthly memberships and upsell premium services

Load vehicles and guide customers through the wash process safely

Maintain site cleanliness, including general upkeep and equipment care

Support daily operations and ensure a smooth, efficient workflow

Encourage customer feedback and positive reviews
Key Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; sales experience preferred

Ability to handle transactions accurately and responsibly

Reliable and punctual with flexibility to work weekends and holidays

Physically able to perform outdoor work and operate equipment
