Self-Storage company in Naples seeks a full-time employee to become Facility Manager for a facility on Domestic Ave. Schedule will include 5 full days M-F, 9-5, with an unpaid lunch so 37.5 hours per week paid. Applicants must have reliable transportation. Employees will need to able to maintain facility, including cleaning units and making small repairs, rent units to customers, handle and track cash/checks, make collections calls for overdue tenants, and be a friendly and helpful face around the facility. This job also includes a lot of customer service and administrative work. Applicants with storage experience are preferred, but all candidates will be considered - we have had successful employees from many different service centered backgrounds, including retail and restaurant, so do not hesitate to apply.
Pay is in line with similar local facilities and is negotiable based on applicant’s experience, this is not a management position.
