Location: Worcester, MA
Pay Rate: $20.00 – $22.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- Currently working extended shifts: approximately 10-hour days (ending around 4:00 PM)
- Occasional Saturdays: 6:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled MIG Welder with 2–3 years of experience for a manufacturing position. This role involves performing high-quality welds on parts and components in a production environment.
MIG Welder Responsibilities:
- Perform MIG welding on various parts and assemblies
- Read and follow work instructions and production requirements
- Ensure weld quality meets specifications
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements
- Support production goals and team efficiency
MIG Welder Requirements:
- 2–3 years of MIG welding experience required
- Ability to produce quality welds consistently
- Ability to read and follow instructions and specifications
- Strong attention to detail and safety practices
- Must be reliable and able to work overtime as needed
