Job Overview We are seeking a results-driven and highly creative Marketing Director to lead the promotional strategy for our premier hospitality group, overseeing a diverse portfolio of dynamic nightlife venues and restaurant concepts across Miami. As the driving force behind our brand presence, you will be responsible for executing high-impact marketing campaigns that put heads in beds, diners in seats, and lines out the door. The ideal candidate is a digital marketing powerhouse who excels at running profitable ad campaigns, cultivating vibrant social media communities, and maximizing attendance through strategic event listings.
Responsibilities
- Paid Advertising: Design, run, and meticulously optimize digital ad campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok) focused on measurable ROI, driving reservations, VIP bookings, and foot traffic.
- Social Media Management: Oversee content creation and community management across all venue accounts, ensuring each brand's unique energy and aesthetic is captured and engaging to a Miami audience.
- Event Promotion: Create, manage, and promote event listings across relevant platforms (Eventbrite, Resident Advisor, local guides) to maximize visibility and ticket sales for both nightlife events and restaurant activations.
- Strategic Planning: Develop comprehensive marketing calendars for each venue that align with seasonal trends, local Miami events, and company revenue goals.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for all marketing efforts, providing actionable insights and weekly reports to executive leadership.
- Partnerships & Influencers: Cultivate relationships with local influencers, promoters, and brand partners to amplify reach and drive collaborative events.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Marketing Director, Senior Marketing Manager, or similar role specifically within the hospitality, restaurant, or nightlife industries.
- Demonstrated track record of running successful, results-producing paid ad campaigns with a strong understanding of budgeting and audience targeting.
- Expertise in managing multi-account social media strategies and a sharp eye for high-quality, viral-potential content.
- Deep understanding of the Miami market, local nightlife trends, and the competitive hospitality landscape.
- Strong copywriting skills and experience managing event ticketing platforms.
