Steingass Mechanical Contracting LLC (Steingass) provides commercial and residential HVAC installation and maintenance for clients in northeastern Ohio. We are looking expand our team of skilled and experienced HVAC install and service technicians.
Applicants MUST have two or more years experience working for a commercial or residential HVAC employer to receive consideration. Candidates should be able to read blueprints, situate sheet metal and flex duct systems, load equipment and materials, diagnose common HVAC problems and service air handling systems. In addition, they must be comfortable working in crews and with other subcontractors. Experience in a leadership capacity is a real plus.
An ideal candidate is punctual, can multi-task, pay attention to detail, solve problems, meet deadlines and maintain the trust and respect of customers and teammates. Pay is commensurate with experience; our benefits also include free employee health and life insurance insurance, and a 401-K plan. Overtime is also available.
