Busser Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and attentive Busser who plays a key role in creating a welcoming and seamless dining experience for our guests. This position goes beyond clearing and resetting tables — it is about delivering genuine hospitality through every interaction and supporting the team with care, urgency, and pride.
Position Summary
The Busser supports the front-of-house team by maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting dining environment. This role is essential in ensuring guests feel comfortable, valued, and well taken care of from the moment they arrive to the moment they leave.
Key Responsibilities
- Clear, clean, and reset tables quickly and efficiently to maintain smooth service flow
- Assist servers in delivering food and beverages as needed
- Refill water, beverages, and assist with guest requests promptly
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, service stations, and restrooms
- Stock and organize service areas with necessary supplies (glassware, utensils, napkins, etc.)
- Communicate effectively with servers, hosts, and kitchen staff to support service
- Anticipate guest and team needs, stepping in wherever support is needed

- Greet guests with a warm, friendly demeanor when interacting at tables
- Be present and attentive — noticing details that enhance the guest experience

Qualifications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift throughout the shift
- Previous restaurant experience is a plus, but not required
