As a Cellular Sales Representative, you will:
- Meet directly with customers at promotional events to discuss wireless plans, mobile devices, and service options
- Help customers identify solutions that align with their communication needs and budget goals
- Explain promotions, device features, and plan benefits in a clear and easy-to-understand way
- Guide customers through enrollments, account updates, and service activations
- Build positive relationships with customers through professional and friendly interactions
- Represent wireless products and services at promotional campaigns designed to increase customer engagement and brand awareness
- Track customer activity and completed enrollments accurately
- Work alongside fellow Cellular Sales Representative team members to support customer engagement and outreach efforts
Ideal skills and qualifications for a Cellular Sales Representative include:
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, telecommunications, events, hospitality, or sales is helpful but not required
