Through our nationwide smart locker network, we deliver product samples from top brands like Red Bull directly to apartment communities, giving residents a unique experience while providing brands with powerful distribution.
The Role:
We’re seeking dependable Local Route Drivers & Merchandising Reps to join our distribution team. In this role, you’ll:
- Pick up product samples from our warehouse
- Deliver and stock them into package lockers across multiple apartment communities
- Ensure proper placement and presentation of products
- Represent Placement in a professional, courteous manner
This position starts as a contract role, but we’re looking for individuals who want to grow with us. High performers will have the opportunity to transition into a full-time role with benefits
Schedule:
- Monday–Friday
- Daytime hours
- Local routes only (no overnights)
Requirements:
- Dependable and punctual — you’ll be the face of Placement at every stop
- Ability to lift, carry, and transport boxes of samples
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Nice to Have:
- Cargo van or truck (highly recommended)
- Prior experience in merchandising, route delivery, or field distribution
Compensation & Perks:
- $35 per stop (avg. 10 stops/day)
- Earnings range from $3,500–$6,000/month, depending on workload
- Independent contractor role with potential transition to full-time
Stable M–F schedule with consistent routes
