We're a team of doctors, athletes and passionate operators driven by curiosity and a genuine obsession with human performance. If you're excited about building products that help people become the best version of themselves, we'd love to have you on the team.
About You
You own two things: what we sell, and whether it gets to the customer on time and fast. You've built and launched physical products in telehealth, wellness, or pharma, from sourcing and formulation through regulatory and launch. You've managed pharmacies, manufacturers, and suppliers, and you've negotiated the COGS and terms that decide whether a product makes money.
You've also run a live D2C telehealth operation. You know the patient journey cold: intake, ID, labs, consult, prescription, shipping, refills. You've managed the vendors behind it and the customer service team in front of it, and you fix the funnel when patients get stuck. You want to own the whole thing, product and operations, at a company building a new category.
What You'll Do
-
Own the product roadmap across Rx, supplements, and new health and wellness SKUs.
- Take products from idea to launch: formulation, dosing, PDPs, quizzes, subscriptions, and regulatory.
- Own product P&L, margin, COGS, and pricing with ecommerce.
- Own the patient journey start to finish (intake, ID, labs, consult, prescription, shipping, refills) and clear the stuck cases daily.
- Manage team responsible for ensuring product ships. Own fulfillment, pharmacy logistics and general customer experience.
- Own international shipping economics: subsidies, cost-to-serve, and the price, speed, and margin trade-offs.
- Manage the vendor stack: pharmacies, medical group, intake, CRM, 3PL, carriers, and support tools.
- Own customer service and experience. Set the standards and KPIs, run the team, and handle escalations, chargebacks, and refunds.
- Own lifecycle email and SMS (reminders, consult booking, quarterly check-ins) and keep it compliant.
- Own the numbers: the telehealth dashboard, funnel KPIs, and the weekly review.
- Negotiate terms and SLAs with pharmacy, manufacturing, logistics, and support partners.
- Run cross-functional execution across medical, engineering, design, legal, and marketing. Set DRIs and dates so things ship.
