Chief of Pharmacy - DAP Health
Education:
Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) required; advanced degrees (MBA, MHA, MPH, or related field) strongly preferred, but the individual must demonstrate equivalent financial and operational competency through experience.
Licensure: Active pharmacist license in at least one California with eligibility for multi-state licensure
Experience:
Minimum 10 years of progressive pharmacy leadership, including 5+ years in multi-site or executive-level management
5+ years covered entity experience in an FQHC or Hospital
Proven experience overseeing both retail and extensive and multi service level 340B pharmacy operations
Documented formal training in 340B drug pricing program
Demonstrated success in driving operational excellence, compliance, and financial growth
Experience in HIV care
Working Conditions/Physical Requirements
This position requires on-site and hybrid work with travel throughout San Diego and Riverside counties
Requires current and valid driver’s license and current personal auto insurance
This job typically operates in an office and pharmacy setting and requires frequent durations of sitting, standing, repetitive motion and talking
Ability to lift up to 24 pounds
