Overview
We are looking for responsible and reliable kitchen staff to join our team. This is a fast-paced kitchen environment where teamwork, efficiency, and consistency are extremely important.
This role is NOT for people who prefer to work slowly or need constant reminders. We are looking for individuals who can stay focused, follow instructions, and complete tasks without being told repeatedly.
Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients (cutting, portioning, marinating) according to standard procedures
- Maintain clean and organized workstations at all times
- Follow food safety and kitchen SOP strictly
- Work efficiently during busy hours without slowing down the team
- Support team members and communicate clearly
Requirements
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Responsible and self-motivated (do not wait to be told what to do)
- Able to follow instructions and systems
- Punctual and consistent with attendance
- Team-oriented attitude
Important
We value attitude and work ethic more than experience.
If you are reliable, willing to learn, and can handle pressure, you will do well here.
If you are easily overwhelmed, frequently distracted, or prefer a slow-paced environment, this position may not be a good fit.
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
