Minimum of 7 years of enterprise or public sector sales experience in technology services, workforce solutions, corporate training, IT certifications, SaaS platforms, or government-focused professional services.

Minimum 5 years experience selling to and influencing senior government executives and agency leaders (CIO, CHRO, CDO, Agency Directors, Deputy Secretaries) at the state or local level.

Minimum 5 years experience of value-selling and consultative sales methodologies (e.g., Challenger, MEDDPICC, or equivalent) adapted to government procurement environments.

Minimum 5 years experience navigating complex, multi-stakeholder public sector sales cycles including RFP responses, cooperative purchasing, and sole-source justification processes.

Minimum 5 years experience with government procurement vehicles, state contract frameworks, and cooperative purchasing agreements (e.g., NASPO, ERATE, state master agreements).

Track record of consistent overperformance against $2M annual quota in long-cycle, institutional sales environments.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate’s Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)

You have experience navigating and co-selling within large, matrixed organizations alongside a global systems integrator with a state and local government practice.

You have experience in corporate learning, AI and digital skills platforms, IT certification training, or edtech in government or mission-driven contexts.

You are familiar with any LearnVantage solution area — AI/ML (Udacity), advanced wireless and 5G (Award Solutions), or instructor-led IT certification (Ascendient).

You have a public sector, government technology, or civic tech background.

You have a genuine passion for AI and its transformative potential in modernizing the public sector workforce.
