Team Select Home Care is looking for a Relationship Manager (Healthcare Scheduling Coordinator) to join our Team Select family. The Relationship Manager will work with both internal staff, patients and their families. They will also assist with payroll and scheduling of our field staff. The Relationship Manager will report directly to the Director of Operations.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a current awareness of the open shifts to place nurses.
- Focus on finding and recruiting the best fitting nurse to work with families.
- Demonstrate a sense of urgency.
- Build and maintain relationships with nurses and families.
- Promote harmonious interpersonal relationships.
- Meet all deadlines on special projects as assigned.
- Maintain strict confidentiality on patient, agency, and employee matters.
- Perform all other job tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diligent work ethic
- Team player
- Eager for growth and willing to put in the efforts to achieve
- Healthcare experience, preferred
- Scheduling/staffing experience is a plus
- Home care experience is a plus
- College degree preferred

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
