Duties
- Supervise daily restaurant operations during assigned shifts, ensuring smooth service flow and adherence to company standards
- Lead, motivate, and train staff on food preparation, POS systems (including Aloha and Micros), food safety protocols, and customer service excellence
- Oversee food handling, cooking, and food production to maintain quality and safety standards
- Manage inventory control, including stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste
- Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems; perform cash handling duties and reconcile registers at shift end
- Monitor team performance through coaching, training sessions, and conducting interviews for new staff members
- Ensure compliance with health regulations, food safety policies, and sanitation procedures across the kitchen and dining areas
Experience
- Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant management with a strong background in food preparation and kitchen operations
- Demonstrated leadership in supervising hospitality teams within casual dining or fine dining environments
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha or Micros; experience with cash handling and transaction processing
- Background in food safety management, inventory control, budgeting, and profit & loss analysis
- Prior experience in team training, staff development, and managing hospitality teams in high-volume settings
- Strong communication skills for managerial tasks including interviewing, staff coaching, and customer interactions
- Knowledge of culinary techniques, food production processes, catering or banquet experience is a plus
