Crenshaw Lawn and Landscape LLC is looking for a dependable and hardworking team member to join our crew. We are primarily focused on dirt work, grading, irrigation, sod installation, and landscaping for new construction homes. We are seeking someone with experience operating heavy equipment, specifically skid steers and track hoes/excavators, along with a basic understanding of irrigation systems.
This is a hands-on outdoor position with opportunities for growth within the company. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, works well with a team, and is willing to jump in wherever needed.
Duties
- Operate skid steers and track hoes/excavators safely and efficiently
- Perform grading, dirt work, trenching, and site preparation
- Assist with installation and maintenance of irrigation systems
- Read and understand basic irrigation layouts and troubleshoot common issues
- Assist with sod installation and landscape projects
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely
- Perform general labor tasks as needed on job sites
- Conduct routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance
- Follow directions from crew leaders and work as part of a team
- transportation to and from job sites is a must

Pay depends on experience. We pay overtime.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 60 per week
