Provide direct/indirect nursing care within LPN scope for adult & geriatric patients
Support ADLs: hygiene, grooming, toileting, positioning, skin care per care plan
Maintain safety: respond to call lights, fall prevention, safe environment upkeep
Assist with nutrition: meal setup, feeding support, resident preferences honored
Support mobility: transfers, ambulation, ROM, assistive devices
Monitor, assess, and report changes in patient condition promptly
Complete accurate documentation per facility protocol
