We’re hiring a Client Concierge to join our team. This is not your average front desk job—it’s a hospitality-driven, leadership-track role for someone who’s polished, detail-oriented, and ready to grow into Operations Manager.
About the Role
As our Client Concierge, you’re the heartbeat of the salon—greeting guests, managing client flow, driving retail and rebooking goals, and capturing content that reflects the beauty and energy of The Braid Lounge.
You will not manage phones—our virtual receptionists handle those. Your focus is in-salon hospitality, brand experience, and smooth operations.
This position includes a clear growth path to Operations Manager within 9–18 months, depending on performance and leadership readiness.
Responsibilities
Greet clients warmly and manage check-ins/out in Zenoti
Maintain a calm, professional salon atmosphere
Rebook future appointments and track retail sales
Restock shelves and keep retail displays organized
Capture short photo/video content for social media
Communicate updates between braiders and management
Support leadership team with daily opening/closing checklists
Schedule
Tues–Thurs: 10 AM–4 PM
Fri–Sat: 8 AM–4 PM (includes 1-hour unpaid lunch)
Off every 4th Saturday (unpaid)
Sundays & Mondays: Closed
Average paid hours: 30–32 per week
Compensation & Growth
Starting pay: $16/hr
90-day review with potential raise to $17–$18/hr
Promotion path up to $22/hr (Operations Manager)
Monthly bonuses tied to retail and rebooking goals
