We’re immediately hiring a Crate Builder to join our operations team. This is a hands-on role where you’ll build custom wooden crates and securely pack materials using tools, measurements, and production plans.
2nd shift = 2:30pm - 10:30pm

What You’ll Do
- Build wooden crates using production drawings.
- Pack and secure materials for safe shipping.
- Measure, cut, and prepare wood materials accurately.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and basic equipment.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean workspace.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience with hand/power tools.
- Ability to read a tape measure (fractional measurements required).
- Basic math and attention to detail.
- The ability to identify standard lumber sizes (such as 2x4, 4x4, and 3/4” plywood) is important.
- Candidates should have familiarity with common wood materials such as hardwood, softwood, plywood, and treated lumber.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Prior woodworking, construction, or crate-building experience preferred.
- Must be able to speak and understand English.
