Full Job Description
We are seeking reliable, safety-minded, and experienced individuals to join our warehouse and production team in Lexington, NC. We have immediate, full-time openings for High reach lifts are a plus , Forklift Operators / Machine Assistants
This dual-responsibility role requires safely navigating a fast-paced warehouse environment on a forklift while actively assisting with production machinery setup and material feeding.
Shift Schedules

1st Shift: 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM (Monday – Friday;

2nd Shift: 3:15 PM – 1:45 AM (Monday – Friday;
Key Responsibilities

Forklift Operation: Safely navigate forklifts to unload trailers, move materials, and stack finished product pallets.

Line Replenishment: Transport inventory smoothly to feed active production equipment and eliminate manufacturing downtime.

Machine Assisting: Manually load raw products, components, or stock materials directly into production machinery.

Physical Labor: Frequently lift, push, pull, and carry warehouse items weighing up to 50 lbs. independently.

Quality & Upkeep: Perform continuous visual quality inspections on finished goods and maintain a clean, organized work area.
Qualifications

Required: Minimum 1–2 years of active forklift operation experience in an industrial or warehouse setting.

Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs. repetitively for an 8-hour shift.

Reliability: Strong personal accountability, a history of excellent attendance, and reliable transportation to Lexington, NC
