We are searching for a motivated Agency Development Manager in the Rochester area. The Agency Development Manager is an independent insurance sales agent role, which leads and mentors other agents in delivering voluntary benefits and state-of-the-art technology that help local businesses create well-rounded benefits packages that protect their employees in life’s unexpected moments.

Role Responsibilities:
- Recruiting and training new sales representatives.
- Assisting with interviews and training.
- Supporting new sales representatives in achieving sales goals
- Utilizing tools for prospecting, client acquisition, and management.
- Implement sales strategies tailored to B2B markets.
- Drive business development initiatives by identifying new market opportunities, prospecting potential clients, and managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closing.
- Utilize our CRM system to track pipeline activity, analyze performance metrics, and optimize sales processes for maximum efficiency.
