ABOUT OMNI
Omniscient Neurotechnology (“Omni”) is a pioneering brain mapping company. Using innovations in medical imaging and machine learning, we develop applications that map and analyze brain networks and giving clinicians detailed insight into patient-specific brain function. Our mission is to improve the lives of billions through connectomics.
THE ROLE
The Account Development Specialist is the on-the-ground commercial clinical lead for a portfolio of Omni accounts. You will independently own utilization expansion at your assigned hospitals while bringing additional physicians into Quicktome, opening adjacent specialties and use cases, engineering the workflows that make high-volume usage possible, and orchestrating Omni’s internal experts and external thought leaders to drive adoption. This is not a support role; it is account-level growth ownership.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Drive account growth. Build and execute a multi-quarter utilization plan for each assigned account. Identify physician champions in neurosurgery and extend into adjacent specialties including epilepsy, neuro-oncology, radiation oncology, neurology, psychiatry, movement disorders, pediatric neurosurgery. Open new clinical use cases as the account matures.
Engineer the workflow. Design and implement what makes Quicktome run reliably at scale: custom Epic orders, PACS auto-routing, GAP server connectivity, MRI protocol additions, and surgical navigation integrations. Partner with hospital IT, PACS administrators, MRI leadership, and neuroradiology to remove bottlenecks before they cost utilization.
Lead clinical engagement. Build trusted relationships with department chairs, attending physicians, fellows, residents, and advanced practice providers. Plan and run resident training, grand rounds, and peer-to-peer case reviews. Use judgment on when to escalate including pulling in Omni’s clinical leadership for senior audiences or external key opinion leaders for high-stakes educational moments.
Be Omni’s eyes on the ground. Surface renewal and expansion signals to your Regional Sales Director and Territory Manager. Channel clinical feedback to product, marketing, and integration teams. Identify case studies, publication opportunities, and physician evangelists at each account.

- Self-directed; able to build and execute an account-level plan without daily supervision.
NICE TO HAVE
- Bachelor’s degree in radiologic technology, imaging, nursing, neuroscience, engineering, or a related field.
- Prior experience as a clinical specialist, clinical sales, or clinical account manager at a medical technology company.
