We are seeking a caring, respectful, and dependable caregiver to provide support for a veteran in Nottingham, PA on Wednesday 9:00AM to 3:00PM, Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM and Sundays from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM and 6pm to 9pm during the week.
Responsibilities include:
- Light housekeeping
- Assistance with IADLs and ADLs
- Safe transfers from chair to bed and bed to chair
- Meal preparation
- Medication reminders
- Operation of a Hoyer lift (experience required)
Qualifications:
- No medical degree, license, or formal healthcare education required
- Must have experience using a Hoyer lift
- Compassionate, patient, and professional demeanor
Pay: $14.50 – $15.00 per hour
