The Role
As our Member Experience & Sales Rep, you’re the face and voice of The Camp. You’ll greet every member and guest with enthusiasm, create a welcoming environment, and connect them with the right programs, challenges, and products to help them succeed. You’ll also be a key driver of our growth by confidently introducing membership options, supplements, and apparel that support our clients’ fitness journeys.
This is the ideal role for someone who loves fitness, sales, service, and making genuine connections and who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy setting.
What You’ll Do
- Greet and connect with every guest and member in a positive, motivating way
- Professionally present our programs, challenges, and products to prospects and members
- Conduct engaging studio tours while building rapport and excitement
- Follow up on leads via calls, texts, and emails to close sales
- Support all front desk operations: member check-ins, appointment scheduling, phone/email inquiries
- Drive revenue through memberships, supplements, apparel, and challenges
- Maintain organization, cleanliness, and operational flow at the front desk
- Participate in marketing events, promotions, and community-building activities
What We’re Looking For
***Must be Fluent in Spanish and English language.
- High-energy personality with a passion for health & fitness
- Proven ability to connect with people and build relationships quickly
- Sales mindset, comfortable closing deals and handling objections
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a busy environment
- Excellent communication skills, verbal, written, and digital
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or fitness industry preferred
- Bilingual in English & Spanish a plus
