Qualifications:
- Current Physical Therapy (PT) license
- Washington State ESA (Educational Staff Associate) certification required
- Previous experience in a school setting preferred, but not mandatory
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Commitment to providing supportive, individualized care to each student
Responsibilities:
- Deliver on-site PT services to a caseload of approximately 10-15 students as part of ESY programming
- Assess students’ physical abilities, develop individualized plans, and track progress toward goals
- Collaborate with educators and support staff to ensure comprehensive student support
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with school policies
- Attend team meetings as necessary and consult with families on student progress
