Say you're doing $2,500 a week in services:
- 50% commission → $1,250 a week

Option 1 — 60% commission + tips. For barbers with a following, or anyone ready to build one and run with it.
Option 2 — Hourly + tips for 3 months, then 60% commission. A guaranteed base while you settle in and fill your chair.
The work
- Clipper cuts, scissor cuts, fades, skin fades, and tapers
- Beard trims, line-ups, and hot towel straight razor shaves
- Men's grooming and kids' cuts
- Reading what a client wants and delivering it consistently
- Turning walk-ins into regulars
- Keeping your station and tools clean and sanitary per PA State Board standards
What you need
- A current Pennsylvania barber or cosmetology license
- Strong fade and clipper work
- Show up on time, treat people well
- Interested in building a steady book of repeat clients
