Job Overview
We are seeking skilled Carpenters to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various carpentry tasks, including building, installation, and restoration work. This role requires a strong understanding of frame carpentry. The Carpenter will be responsible for executing projects with precision and attention to detail while ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
Responsibilities
- Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures made from wood, plywood, and wallboard.
- Perform frame carpentry tasks including the layout and assembly of walls, floors, and roofs.

- Conduct restoration work on existing structures to maintain their integrity and appearance.
- Ensure all installations are plumb and level for optimal functionality.
- Apply caulking to seal joints and gaps for improved insulation and aesthetics.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople to complete projects efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Carpenter in residential or commercial settings.
- Strong skills in building, framing , stairs , decks , trim
- Knowledge of the restoration industry is desirable.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials as needed.
- Good communication skills to work effectively with team members.
