Part-Time Taproom & Farmers Market Associate
Ninja Kombucha – Richmond, VA
Do you enjoy talking with people, working at local markets, and learning about fermented beverages? Ninja Kombucha is looking for an energetic, dependable team member to help grow our taproom and represent our brand at farmers markets throughout the Richmond area.
Position Details
- Part-time: 10–20 hours per week
- Schedule: Thursday through Sunday (availability required)
- Starting Pay: $15.00/hour
- Advancement Opportunities: Room for growth as the company expands
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers in our taproom and provide excellent customer service
- Fill growlers and sell cans, bottles, and merchandise
- Set up, break down, and work farmers markets and community events
- Make local deliveries to wholesale accounts
- Keep the taproom clean, organized, and stocked
- Learn about our products and confidently answer customer questions
- Represent the Ninja Kombucha brand with enthusiasm and professionalism
Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Able to lift 50 pounds
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable engaging with customers
- Dependable, self-motivated, and hardworking
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
Ideal Candidate
We're looking for someone who is passionate about craft beverages, fermentation, and healthy living. Knowledge of kombucha, fermentation, or the local food and beverage community is a big plus, but we're happy to train someone with the right attitude and eagerness to learn.
