About Milio’s Pizza
Milio’s Pizza is a new pizza shop in the heart of downtown Santa Barbara. We’re looking for friendly, reliable, and energetic Front of House Cashiers to join our opening team.
This is a fast-paced, customer-facing role. We’re looking for people who are personable, organized, work well under pressure, and genuinely enjoy providing great service.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide friendly, efficient service
- Take orders accurately using our POS system
- Process cash and card payments
- Answer questions about the menu
- Package and hand off dine-in and takeout orders
- Keep the counter, dining area, and front-of-house areas clean
- Restock supplies as needed
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen team
- Assist with opening and closing duties
What We’re Looking For:
- Great attitude and strong customer-service skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable in a busy, fast-paced restaurant
- Strong communication and teamwork
- Restaurant or cashier experience preferred, but not required
- Evening and weekend availability preferred
- Available to start immediately
Compensation:
$20–$22 per hour + tips, depending on experience.
Both full-time and part-time positions are available, with schedules assigned based on availability and restaurant needs.
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
