Job Summary - Part Time (8-12 hours)
ScrubSquad is seeking dependable, detail-oriented cleaners to provide high-quality commercial cleaning services. No experience? No problem — we offer paid training!
Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality cleaning in commercial spaces
- Dust, vacuum, mop, sanitize surfaces, and more
- Follow company cleaning checklists
- Communicate effectively with team members
- Maintain company-provided cleaning supplies and equipment
- Uphold ScrubSquad’s standards of quality and professionalism
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation: required
- Access to smart phone to integrate with our application(s): required
- Previous cleaning experience is not required – we train!
- Must be punctual, trustworthy, and detail-oriented with strong pride in your work
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods
- Flexible availability is a plus (weekends, mornings, or evenings)
