Responsibilities-
Execute precise installations of residential windows and doors to meet structural and aesthetic standards.

Utilize a variety of hand and power tools to perform custom fitting and finishing work.

Maintain a pristine and hazard-free job site to ensure homeowner peace of mind.

Provide clear, professional communication to clients regarding project progress and installation details.

Operate company vehicles safely to transport materials and equipment to various residential sites.

Perform necessary adjustments, glass replacements, and exterior trim work to ensure a perfect seal.
Qualifications-
Proven ability to safely operate power tools and hand tools.

Comfortable performing physical tasks at heights, including work on ladders and scaffolding.

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to take accurate measurements.

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Prior experience in construction, exterior finishing, or window installation.

Proficiency in bending aluminum with a metal brake for custom trim capping.

Experience operating trailers or larger commercial vehicles.
