Duties
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital staff, community partners, and local media outlets to promote health programs and services.
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling, and analytics tracking.
- Serve as a public speaker at community events, health fairs, and organizational meetings to educate audiences about available healthcare resources.
- Manage social media marketing campaigns to increase awareness and engagement with target audiences.
- Coordinate volunteer management efforts by recruiting, training, and supporting community volunteers involved in outreach activities.
- Collect data on outreach efforts, attendance at events, and community feedback to evaluate program effectiveness and inform future planning.
- Assist in business development activities by identifying new partnership opportunities and supporting fundraising initiatives.
Requirements
- Proven experience in media relations, public relations, or marketing within a healthcare or community-focused setting.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to deliver compelling presentations and foster positive relationships.
- Bilingual proficiency is highly desirable to effectively engage diverse populations.
- Strong social media management skills with familiarity in social media marketing tools and analytics platforms.
- Ability to develop strategic plans that align with organizational goals while managing budgets efficiently.
