Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food Service Worker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest services while ensuring a clean and efficient dining environment. You will assist with food preparation, cash handling, and maintaining food safety standards, all while delivering a positive experience for our guests.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding guest services by greeting customers warmly and addressing their needs promptly.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using a cash register and ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including bussing tables and ensuring a tidy environment for guests.
- Uphold food safety regulations to guarantee the health and safety of our patrons.
- Engage with guests to enhance their dining experience through effective guest relations and hospitality skills.
- Support sales initiatives by promoting menu items and specials to guests.
Qualifications
- Experience in high volume food service is required.
- California RBS Alcohol Certification Required
- California Food Handler Certification Required
- Strong cash handling skills with the ability to perform basic math calculations accurately.
- Familiarity with food safety practices is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team are essential for success in this role.
