Job Summary
Rymar North America is hiring a full-time Regional Sales Manager based out of Fort Worth, TX. This position requires a results-driven sales professional with 6+ years of sales experience and strong leadership ability. The Regional Sales Manager will focus on expanding Rymar’s presence and capturing additional market share in assigned territories through cold calling, dealer visits, in-person meetings, and strategic relationship development.
This role requires extensive travel (approximately 50% of the time).
Key Responsibilities
Drive revenue growth by capturing additional market share in designated markets
Develop and execute strategic sales plans and territory growth initiatives
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through:
Cold calling and outbound prospecting
In-person customer meetings
Routine dealer visits and partnership building
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers, dealers, and clients
Meet with prospective customers to establish long-term partnerships
Conduct regular visits with dealers to:
Introduce new products and promotions
Support and maintain product rack displays
Utilize CRM software to track leads, customer activity, sales pipeline, and reporting
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met and service expectations are exceeded
Represent Rymar USA professionally at dealer events, customer meetings, and industry opportunities
Skills & Abilities
Proven ability to lead, influence, and drive sales performance
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to successfully conduct both inside and outside sales activities
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Qualifications
6+ years of sales experience required (industry experience preferred)
Demonstrated success in developing new business and managing sales territories
Leadership experience strongly preferred
Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
Must be willing to travel 50% of the time
