Are you a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) or a new graduate ready to begin your career? We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist to join our growing rehabilitation team. What You’ll Do
- Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals.
- Treat patients with orthopedic, neurological, post-surgical, and mobility-related conditions.
- Improve strength, balance, flexibility, mobility, endurance, and functional independence.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and injury prevention.
- Complete accurate electronic documentation.
- Collaborate with physicians, occupational therapists, speech therapists, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Current state Physical Therapist license (or eligible for licensure).
- New graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication and patient care skills.
- Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer and EMR documentation skills.
