We're looking for an experienced Technical Service Representative to join our growing Service Department. This is not a field technician role—this position provides technical support over the phone to technicians and customers, helping troubleshoot and resolve issues with video surveillance, access control, and intrusion systems.

What You'll Do
- Provide phone and remote technical support for service technicians and customers.
- Troubleshoot Bosch video surveillance, access control, and intrusion alarm systems.
- Diagnose hardware, software, networking, and programming issues.
- Assist with system configuration, programming, and commissioning.
- Document service calls, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions.
- Coordinate with field technicians to resolve complex service issues.
- Escalate advanced issues when necessary while ensuring excellent customer communication.
- Deliver outstanding customer service with every interaction.
Required Experience
This position requires hands-on experience with:
- Bosch BVMS (Bosch Video Management System)
- Bosch AMS (Access Management System)
- Bosch Intrusion Alarm Systems
Additional experience with the following is highly preferred:
- IP video surveillance systems
- Access control systems
- Intrusion detection systems
- TCP/IP networking
- Windows operating systems
- Remote troubleshooting tools
- CCTV cameras, NVRs, readers, controllers, and related hardware
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience supporting commercial electronic security systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Ability to stay calm and organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong customer service mindset.
- Ability to prioritize multiple service requests.
- Low-voltage or electronic security industry experience required.
