We are looking for a teammate with about 20-30 hours of availability. Mornings and Midday, weekends and some weekdays.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, consistent, and accurate customer service;
- Prepare drinks for and create a positive atmosphere for our teammates and customers;
- Display baked goods in cases;
- Prepare pastries and churros for customers at point of service;
- Prep chocolate for various uses;
- Handle and diffuse customer or operational situations;
- Maintain bar/kitchen equipment, wash dishware, and keep the kitchen clean;
- Handle incoming customer calls and route them to the right team or teammate;
- Clean your work area as well as bathrooms when needed;
- Work with your Leads and Managers on cool new drink ideas and process improvement;
- Work with the Operations Manager as needed to help keep teammates on track;
- Handle elevated conversations with teammates that may include disciplinary topics;
- Coach, train and mentor bar teammates when needed and coordinate training as needed for new teammates.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent;
- At least 9 months of Barista experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with electronic cash registers, Microsoft operating systems, Microsoft Office software, and standard office equipment;
- ServSafe Certified;
- Fluent in Spanish a plus.

Working Conditions
- Retail hours: Nights, weekends, early mornings and some holidays
- Frequent need to lift at least fifty (50) pounds;
- Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time;
- Frequent need for oral, written and auditory communication;
- Frequent mobility to move about the kitchen and chocolatería; and
- Frequent repetitive hand and wrist motions.
