Concierge Mobile IV Nurse (RN) – Flexible, Empowering, High-Earning

You’ll deliver vitamin IVs, wellness injections, NAD+, and hydration therapy to clients in their homes, offices, and events — all while enjoying flexible scheduling, generous commissions, and a truly client-centered experience.
Your Role:
As a Concierge Mobile IV Nurse, you’ll be the face of GIV Wellness — bringing exceptional clinical care and five-star hospitality directly to our clients.
Core Responsibilities:
- Administer IV fluids, vitamins, medications, and NAD+ injections safely and professionally
- Provide concierge-level, in-home service that leaves clients feeling cared for and recharged
- Educate clients on the benefits of IV therapy and our wellness offerings
- Communicate with clients before and after appointments to ensure a seamless experience
- Represent GIV Wellness with warmth, professionalism, and a growth mindset
Your Daily / Weekly Flow
Daily:
- Travel to client locations and deliver IV therapy with skill and confidence
- Document care and client notes using our mobile EMR
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage rebooking
Weekly:
- Be available for high-demand times (especially weekends or holidays)
- Help grow the business through local outreach, social sharing, and relationship building
- Collaborate with the team via app-based communication tools
Monthly:
- Manage your own inventory of fluids, vitamins, and medical supplies
- Stay sharp through continued education and product training
- Contribute feedback to improve service delivery and client satisfaction
What We’re Looking For:
- Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) with strong IV start skills
- At least 1 year of experience in acute care, ER, ICU, or IV therapy preferred
- Excellent bedside manner and confident communication skills
- Independent, proactive, and goal-oriented with a hospitality mindset
- Comfortable working autonomously in various client environments
- Organized and tech-savvy (EMR, mobile apps, digital scheduling)
Tools You'll Use:
- Mobile IV bag + infusion supplies
- Vitals monitoring equipment
- Smartphone or tablet for EMR + payments
- Temperature-controlled storage for meds/nutrients
- Internal dispatch + team communication app
- KPIs for Success
- Administer 8–10+ IVs per month (average nurses exceed this easily)
- Consistently earn 5-star reviews and positive client feedback
- Maintain low complication rates (e.g., infiltration, phlebitis)
- Drive referrals and repeat clients through exceptional care
