Be fluent with computers: email, Microsoft Office, learning new software etc.
Be able to multi-task, solve problems, create letters, take phone calls, perform minor accounting.
Have excellent customer skills in person and over the phone.
Have a teamwork mindset, but also be self driven to accomplish task.
Have a desire and ability to learn quickly and work hard
