Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative (Account Executive) to join our growing sales team. Duties
- Develop and execute strategic plans to identify and secure new business opportunities through warm calling, networking, and market research
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts by providing exceptional service, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable solutions
- Lead negotiations with prospective clients to close deals effectively while ensuring mutual value creation
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations tailored to client requirements
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that generate qualified leads and increase brand awareness
- Utilize sales management systems such as Salesforce to track pipeline activity, forecast revenue, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Maintain a deep understanding of our technology offerings, industry trends, and competitive landscape to position solutions effectively
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales, especially within technology or software sales environments
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close high-value deals confidently
- Demonstrated success in business development and managing customer accounts in a corporate sales setting
- Proficiency with sales management systems such as Salesforce or similar CRM tools
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical solutions clearly and persuasively
- Ability to analyze market data, identify opportunities, and develop strategic approaches for enterprise selling
- Experience in deal closing, managing multiple accounts simultaneously, and working within a fast-paced environment
- Leadership qualities that inspire confidence in clients and team members alike
- Bilingual in Korean preferred
