Description:
The Sanitation Worker is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and
hygienic environment by performing cleaning, waste removal, and sanitation
duties. This role ensures compliance with health and safety standards across
assigned areas.
Key Responsibilities

Clean and sanitize buildings, restrooms, equipment, and work areas

Collect, sort, and dispose of trash, recycling, and hazardous waste properly

Operate cleaning equipment and sanitation tools (e.g., pressure washers, floor scrubbers)

Restock cleaning supplies and report inventory needs

Follow established sanitation procedures and safety regulations
-
Identify and report maintenance or safety issues
-
Use personal protective equipment
(PPE) correctly at all times

Support special cleaning projects or emergency cleanups as needed.

Previous sanitation, janitorial, or cleaning experience is preferred

Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and proper handling procedures

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and sanitize buildings,

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
