Lead and supervise a crew of 2-3 team members on outdoor construction projects.

Interpret blueprints and project plans to ensure accurate and efficient execution.

Oversee hardscape installations, managing materials, equipment, and job site logistics.

Operate and maintain landscape equipment and machinery safely and effectively.

Train and mentor crew members, fostering skill development and teamwork.

Monitor project progress to ensure quality, timeliness, and customer satisfaction.

Participate in snow operations during winter months to help maintain safe community spaces.

Promote and enforce safety standards and company policies on every job site.

Valid drivers license and ability to operate construction equipment.

Experience in landscape construction, hardscape installation, or a related field.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate a team.

Physical ability to work outdoors in all seasons and lift up to 50 lbs.
