This position reports directly to the Director of Family Engagement and Giving and collaborates with the Senior Director of Alumnae/ i Engagement as well as the Associate Director of Reunion Giving. The primary focus of this position is to translate student and young alumnae/ i engagement into philanthropic support. Serving as a gift officer, this role will prioritize in ‑ person donor visits and annual fund solicitations, while building a sustainable pipeline of engaged and giving alumnae / i .
With particular responsibility for reimagining the senior class gift initiative, the ideal candidate will connect student experiences to long-term giving, ensuring a strong foundation for future alumnae/ i leadership and engagement with Alumnae/ i Relations and Development.

Position Responsibilities:
Build robust participation-based programming and philanthropic awareness for Graduates of the Last Decade (GOLD) alumnae/ i , including local and regional travel to meet with GOLD alumnae/ i , organizing events to expand the visibility of and engagement in the GOLD program, as well as volunteer and social media management.
Collaborate with Offices of Residential Life & Student Engagement, the Career and Civic Engagement Center (the Center), Athletics, Office of Student Success (and the Class Year Deans) and additional ARD colleagues and campus partners to lead student engagement.
