Job Summary
Vicino Pizza is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Dishwasher to join our kitchen team. Great opportunity for first time job seeker who needs a summer job and has interest in learning more about restaurants.
Must be available Thursday, Friday & Sunday 5-9pm through Labor Day Weekend. This is a summer position with opportunity to fill in during the school year of the applicant wants to continue employment on a fill in basis. This can be your first job. We will train you. You just need to be dependable and have a work ethic.
Responsibilities
- Turn dirty dishes into shining beacons of cleanliness.
- Keep the dish pit organized, unlike your roommate's side of the fridge.
- Occasionally engage in philosophical debates with the industrial sprayer.
- Rock out while working quickly and with urgency.
- Ensure all dishes come out so clean that even your Grandma would be impressed.
Experience
- Willing to train the right person if no kitchen experience, but attitude is everything.
- Familiarity with food handling practices and culinary terminology is a plus.
- Ability to work efficiently and maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong teamwork skills with a willingness to assist others in the kitchen.
- A positive attitude and commitment to providing excellent service in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
