PAINTING CREW COORDINATOR — EXPERIENCED PAINTERS ONLY
EXPERIENCED PAINTERS ONLY — THIS IS NOT AN ENTRY-LEVEL POSITION.
We are hiring an experienced Painting Crew Coordinator who can produce high-quality residential and commercial painting work while coordinating a crew. This is a hands-on position — you will paint alongside the crew while helping keep the job organized, efficient, professional, and on schedule.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work alongside the painting crew and coordinate daily production
- Assign and delegate tasks based on project needs
- Manage materials, supplies, and supply pickups
- Troubleshoot and resolve job-site issues
- Manage time and maintain reasonable project deadlines
- Monitor quality, efficiency, and job-site professionalism
- Work independently or as part of a team
- Help ensure projects are completed to company quality standards
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS — REQUIRED
You must have substantial professional painting experience and be highly skilled in:
- Mudding, taping & drywall repair
- Surface preparation and detailed prep
- Cutting in, brushing and rolling
- Spraying and achieving smooth, factory-quality finishes
- Cabinets, doors, walls, exteriors, and other residential/commercial surfaces
- Completing projects independently from start to finish
Previous experience coordinating or leading a painting crew is strongly preferred.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven professional painting experience
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Professional references
- Ability to successfully complete a background check
- Reliable attendance and professional communication
- Ability to perform the essential functions of the position
