What a Week Looks Like
Mondays start with a team huddle and your week's pipeline review. Throughout the week, you'll work scheduled calls with individuals who've requested information about life coverage — typically 8–12 meaningful conversations per day. Fridays usually include a coaching session and a recap of the week's results.
Required for Success
- Clear, warm communication on the phone
- Ability to manage your time without anyone watching over your shoulder
- Consistent follow-up — most decisions don't happen on call one
- Comfort with simple software (CRM, calendar, video calls)
Bonus Points
- Previous experience in roles where you talked to people all day
- A history of being the person friends and family come to for advice
- Any background that required patience and explaining things clearly

Pay
Performance-based earnings. Consistency directly drives income.
